Welcome to my website.  My name is Janine Piccirella.  I am a qualified BACP Accredited counsellor based in the Nottingham City Centre and Lady Bay.  I offer weekly individual, couples and group counselling.

Seeing a counsellor gives you the opportunity to take take time and space to talk through any issues or difficulties you may be having in your life.  Aiding you in exploring the many ways to make changes that will assist you through these times.  Counselling is a confidential process between the client and the counsellor. 

The cost for each session is:

Individual Appointment
£40.00 per appointment (1 hr) Cash payment

Couples Appointment
£50.00 per appointment (1 hr) Cash payment

Group Appointment
£15.00 per person - Well-being Group (1 hrs 30 mins)
£25.00 per person - Weekly Therapy Group (2 hrs 15 mins)
£60.00 per person - One Day Therapy Group, Saturdays (6 hr day)
£90.00 per person - Weekend Therapy Group, Saturday & Sunday (6 hrs per day)

However, you may not be able to identify what your problems are, but rather have a vague feeling of being blocked and that your life is limited, stunted in some way.  Perhaps you feel locked into repeating patterns of thoughts, feelings or behaviour. We can talk about what has been going on for you to help you to understand and account what is going on for you.

Nottingham City Centre Practice 

Is based on Park Row, near to the Nottingham Playhouse and the Nottingham Castle. 
There is on-street parking available (paid for at meter's) and is very close to the Nottingham Market Square which has tram and bus transportation.

local bus routes (No. 11 bus: green line) stop outside the practice.  Number 11 bus link
